We know that wedding planning is an adventure (we've been there), but finding the perfect dress doesn't have to be so difficult. We hope this makes life a little easier.

We sincerely hope that you love your gown and that it fits you like a glove! If you have questions about sizing before you order, please consult our size chart or contact us! We'd love to help you get the right fit to begin with. However if your purchase arrives and doesn't fit right, all of our gowns, skirts and tops are fully refundable. 

Ordering online saves you from the formal bridal boutique and gives you the freedom to try on your gown in your own home with your accessories, your lighting, your best friends, your mom, grandma, sister, etc. Invite your girlfriends over and have fun, but please be gentle!  If you decide to return the gown, it must be in its original unused, unwashed, unaltered condition in order to receive a full refund. Try on your gown in a clean, dry space and be aware of sharp edges, corners, and jewelry that might cause snags.  ALL hang tags and labels must remain attached. All purchases must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original method of payment.

If the above conditions are not met, your return may be denied or subject to a $150 restocking fee. 

To return or exchange your garment, please wrap it carefully in its original packaging, fill out the enclosed forms (please indicate whether your would like a return and refund or an exchange for a different size), and attach enclosed return shipping label to the original box.  Be careful to make sure that the original shipping label is fully hidden or removed.  Seal up your box and drop it off at a UPS drop off facility near you.
